Mr. Theodore E. Kalem

Previously, Theodore Kalem was co-founder of the healthcare investment banking group at Gilford Securities. He began his career in corporate finance at Bear Stearns in 1991 and joined the Lehman Brothers healthcare investment banking group in 1994. In 2000, Mr. Kalem joined the JP Morgan healthcare investment banking group. In 2004, he joined Array Capital, a healthcare-focused hedge fund, where he acted as portfolio manager. He has a BSE in chemical engineering and a BA from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.
 
Mr. Matthew H. Dormer

Prior to joining Summer Street Research Partners, Matt Dormer worked for Wellington Management Company in the portfolio advisor group and was formerly an associate analyst covering the biotechnology sector at Fulcrum Global Partners in New York City. Prior to his experience in biotech equity research, Mr. Dormer was a scientist for a start-up biotech company, and a research associate and teaching fellow at Harvard University, where he conducted research on tumor suppressor genes. Mr. Dormer has an MBA in finance from Northeastern University and a BS in Biology from Davidson College.
 
Dr. Nickolay V. Kukekov, Ph.D.

Prior to joining Summer Street Research Partners, Nickolay Kukekov was a senior member of the Gilford Securities healthcare banking team, with a primary focus on private placements, IPOs, and reverse merger transactions. Prior to joining Gilford, Dr. Kukekov was a managing director at Paramount BioCapital, where he ran the advisory, M&A, and capital-raising services for in-house private and public portfolio companies. Before that, he was a senior healthcare investment banker at Rodman & Renshaw. His scientific background includes a bachelor's degree in molecular, cellular, and developmental biology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a PhD in neuroscience from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York. Dr. Kukekov holds a number of research scholarship awards and peer-reviewed publications.
